The Everybody Plays Program is a program designed to ensure that everyone who would like to participate in the Montrose Softball League Association is able to do so, regardless of income level or ability to pay.

In an effort to provide a sports outlet for players to pursue their individual health and fitness goals, the MSLA has established the following standards for player fee discount codes.

Program items are subject to approval from the Board of Trustees of the MSLA. Program items are granted based on evidence of financial need. In order to be eligible for consideration, an applicant must meet the eligibility requirements for League Membership at the time the playing season begins. Additional documentation may be requested by the Board to support demonstration of financial need in addition to the information requested on this form.

All submissions are confidential and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. The identifying information of the program applicant will remain anonymous. Once approved, the player will be provided a discount code for use during the registration process. Please allow up to seven (7) days for application approval.
