NAGAAA places an emphasis on its member city tournaments to properly enforce player ratings to ensure a fair and competitive tournament.  In order to do so, we will be requiring all NAGAAA rated players to follow their rating as it is posted in the NAGAAA database.  For any player not rated in the NAGAAA database, they will be clearly identified on their rosters which will be available to all teams that they are not NAGAAA rated.  Any team that submits a rating different than the NAGAAA database will be asked to change the rating to the correct one.  If the manager wants to re-rate the player(s), notification from the league commissioner will be required to accept the rating.  These players, additionally, will be noted on the roster as a ratings changed player.  We encourage every manager to utilize the rating that is in the NAGAAA database or one that has been submitted as their teams official roster to their league.  Where a variance is identified, the league will need to provide acceptance of that new rating.
